Dr. Joelene is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She obtained her medical degree (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania in 2012, and has worked at a few different hospitals, both urban and rural (including the Royal Melbourne and Royal Women’s Hospital) prior to training as a General Practitioner. Dr. Joelene practices in all aspects of General Practice (Preventative Health, Paediatrics, Travel Medicine etc.) and has done extra training in Women’s Health (Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and Skin Cancer medicine (Practical Dermoscopy Certificate). She can also perform minor procedures like implanon insertion/ removal, mirena removal, and skin cancer excisions. Outside of work, Dr. Joelene enjoys food, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
