We Do not bulk bill on Saturdays
- Children under the age of 16, and Valid Concession Card Holders are Bulk Billed on Weekdays (EXCLUDING ANY PROCEDURES)
- We accept: Health Care, Pension, and Commonwealth Senior Cards
- PRIVATE PATIENTS will be charged the full fee and given a Receipt and Invoice. Your insurance provider may cover the GP MBS rebate, depending on your coverage.
- TAC & Workcover patients with approved claims pay a $40.25 fee for each consult. For unapproved claims, the patient is to pay the full cost until approval has been made.

Repeat Scripts
Repeat scripts do not require an appointment.
To be eligible for a repeat script appointment, you are required to have had a face-to- face consult with one of our doctors within the last 12 months.
Please call the clinic to schedule a repeat script as they are usually bulk billed. If a self-made booking was made for an appointment slot, you will be charged a standard consultation fee.

Cancellation/No Show Fee
Please inform at least 2 hours prior to your booked appointment if you need to cancel
or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your booking
or do not show up to your appointment, a private fee of $20 will incur.
Repeated cancellation or no show of appointments will result in being blocked from booking any future appointments.

We accept: EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, ETC
Cash is not preferred as we do not have exact change. If any change is required from cash made payments, we can make a deposit to your account and use for future appointments.
