Parking
Paid parking is available at:
- Waringal Private Hospital
- Austin Hospital (Burgundy Street entrance)
- Street parking with parking meters (Please check times)
- There are some free 1 hour and 2 hour car parking on Mount Street and Cape Street
- Free 3 hour parking available at Warringal Shopping Centre on Burgundy Street
Free parking can be found in nearby streets. Please allow extra time for all parking.
Public Transport
- Train: Heidelberg Station is a five minute (350m) walk away via Studley Road
- Bus: There are various bus routes to Austin Hospital and Burgundy Street

Appointment Cancellation Policy
- We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel a scheduled appointment at this clinic. Should this occur, please ring us and cancel the scheduled appointment at least 2 hours in advance.
- When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients with more urgent needs lose the opportunity to be seen.
- It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 2 hrs prior to your appointment time, to avoid the $20.00 cancellation fee.
- Repeated no shows without notice may result in a restriction being placed on your patient record, and you will not be able to make further appointments.
