Appointment Cancellation Policy
When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, other patients with more urgent needs lose the opportunity to be seen.
It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 2 hrs before your appointment time, to avoid the $20.00 cancellation fee.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a restriction being placed on your patient record, and you will not be able to make further appointments.
