Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel a scheduled appointment at this clinic.  Should this occur, please ring us and cancel the scheduled appointment at least 2 hours in advance.

When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients with more urgent needs lose the opportunity to be seen.

It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 2 hrs prior to your appointment time, to avoid the $20.00 cancellation fee.

Repeated no shows without notice may result in a restriction being placed on your patient record, and you will not be able to make further appointments.
